It’s that time of the year again! The world’s most talented chefs have descended upon Melbourne for Langham Melbourne MasterClass which kicks off tomorrow with the sold-out Fire MasterClass at Collingwood Children’s farm. If you’re interested in getting involved limited tickets are still available to Theatre of Ideas sessions featuring world’s number one René Redzepi, Ben Shewry, David Chang and Massimo Bottura.
